Product introduction
This product is a polycarboxylic acid mother liquor developed by our company and has both water-reducing andlong-lasting plasticizing properties. lt is less sensitive to concrete water consumption and sand and mud content,and the concrete prepared by it has excellent workability , can promote the growth of concrete early and latestrength.
Product technical performance
High water reduction rate,high dispersion speed and long-lasting plasticity. The concrete is soft, high and easy to work, good wrap performance, moderate gas content, more suitable for low-grade concrete and mechanical sand aggregate fine particles less concrete. lt has low sensitivity to concrete water consumption and sand and gravel content, and has wide adaptability tovarious Portland cements.
Application
Suitable for mixed concrete and cast-in-place concrete in various industrial and civil buildings applicable to various projects with high performance requirements for concrete, such as wateiconservancy,port,transportation, bridge, subway, electric power, etc.. Suitable for high-strength, high-performance, and other special concrete, precast concrete, long-distance transportation concrete.
Instructions
The recommended dosage range of the product is 0.15%-0.8%. For the specific cement and mixratio, the optimum dosage should be determined through experiments. When used, it can be mixed with stirring water or added to concrete at the same time.The product can be combined with various anti-coagulants, air-entraining agents and othelfunctional admixtures. The best composite performance should be determined through experiments
before use. Since this product is a water-reducing mother liquor, it is recommended that customers reduce thesolid content of the product before use, determine the optimum dosage by experiment, andcompound other admixture products if necessary.

This product is an alkali-free liquid, non-toxic, non-corrosive liquid, no pollution to theenvironment,not edible. lf accidently contact with eyes should rinse with water as soon as possible, causing allergies tosome people,and seek medicaltreatment promptly.

This product is liquid, plastic drum, 1 ton / barrel or 200KG / barrel, can also be shipped in tanker.the deposit period
is one year, after the expiration should be tested to determine the use. This product is not flammable and explosive.
