Due to the strong vibration, the bearing lubrication condition will be destroyed, the bearing bush will burn out, and even the shaft will be twisted. Broken, the rotor and the stator will produce friction, collision, and the sealing components will be seriously damaged.

 

How to prevent anti-surge adjustment?

The principle of anti-surge is to cause the surge, when the surge is about to happen. Immediately try to increase the flow of the compressor so that the unit runs out of the surge zone. There are three specific methods for preventing surge:

(2) Partial gas reflux method.

(3) Change the compressor running speed method.
