Method of use
Based on the performance requirements of concrete, add PCE at a dosage of 0.8%-2.0% by mass of the cementitious materials (the optimal dosage should be determined through trial mixing). Pre-dissolve it in water or add it directly to the concrete mixing equipment, and mix uniformly with cementitious materials, aggregates, etc. simultaneously. During construction, pay attention to the compatibility with cement and admixtures, and control the mixing time.
Packaging and shipping
Packaging: Typically stored in sealed plastic drums, metal tanks, or bulk containers (e.g., 200 kg drums or ISO tank containers) to prevent moisture, contamination, and leakage.
Shipping: Transported as non-hazardous chemicals by road, rail, or sea. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (store at 5-35°C) and ensure containers are securely sealed to prevent spillage during transit. Label packages with product name, specifications, manufacturer information, and handling precautions (e.g., "Keep Dry," "Avoid Sunlight").
