Operating Principle
The filtration principle of the air filter is generally divided into the principle of inertia, the principle of diffusion, and the principle of static electricity. Large particle dust moves in inertia in the air stream, the airflow bypasses the obstacle, and the dust deviates from the direction of the airflow due to inertia and hits the obstacle. The larger the particle, the stronger the inertial force and the greater the possibility of impacting the obstacle, so the better the filtering effect. Small particle dust is used for random Brownian motion, the smaller the dust, the more intense the irregular movement, the more chances of hitting the obstacle, so the better the filtering effect. If the filter material or dusty is electrostatic, static electricity causes the dust to change its trajectory and hit the obstacle. The electrostatic force makes the dust stick more firmly on the medium, so the filtering effect can be obviously improved. The dust captured by the filter resistance creates additional resistance to the airflow, and the resistance of the filter increases gradually during usage. The captured dust and the filter medium are integrated to form an additional obstacle, so the filtering effect will improve.Most of the captured dust collects on the windward side of the filter material. The larger the filtration area, the more dust can be contained. The longer the filter life, the more dust the filter has, the greater the resistance. When the resistance is too unreasonable, the filter is scrapped.
