What are the working conditions adjustment methods for centrifugal compressors?
Since the process parameters in production will inevitably change, it is often necessary to manually or automatically adjust the compressor so that the compressor can be operated under variable conditions to meet the production requirements to maintain the stability of the production system.
There are two kinds of adjustments for centrifugal compressors: one is equal pressure regulation, that is, the flow rate is adjusted under the premise of constant back pressure; the other is equal flow regulation, that is, the compressor is adjusted while the flow rate is constant. Exhaust pressure, specifically the following five adjustment methods:
(1) Export flow adjustment.
(2) Import flow adjustment.
(3) Change the speed adjustment.
(4) Turn the inlet guide vane to adjust.
(5) Partial venting or back flow adjustment.
